This is Scruffy and when I got him someone had dumped him on the side of the road. cigarette burns in his ears and a rope tied around his neck. Now he is the the most loyal friend veer!
A big dog came to me by similar circumstances. More neglected than abused. We had eight good years, bless his soul.
