That looks like a tough print ... detail in both the highlit pedestrians and the underpinnings of the overpass. The street and the building facades can go their merry ways ... they don't matter anyway!

Hi Brendan, was just a little dodging of the peripheral on the right to keep some continuity with previous pictures in this series.
I wanted to keep the subject in his own space.
Actually the negative was perfect and really didn't need any dodge or burn. Didn't even use a contrast filter In the enlarger, was a test print then this.
The Voigtländer lens is great and I just metered using the Canon's selenium meter....it's all in the way you hold your tongue.
Nice capture! I've had this lens in my CL grab bag for a number of years to have a wide with me. Compact and it always surprises me with gratifying results. I also would have guessed this needed a lot of manipulation. HP5 served you well in this light.
