It's a decent picture although I'd probably straighten it up a bit. When I say decent I mean it's handled competently and traditionally. BUT I'd be very tempted to take it from the ordinary to something more. I'd be tempted to straighten it and crop it square removing it's base. To me it's far too "literal" and by cropping it, it becomes "stranger" more interesting, thought provoking and open to interpretation as to what you are saying. I think we often get caught in taking "what is there" instead of making a statement or personalizing a picture. We should try to take every picture in a new way, because the way you've taken it, although very competent, is too postcard, too "normal".
