When cars were cool and, also, horribly dangerous to ride in. Nothing would stop your head from heading through that (NOT) shatter-proof glass. I would say about 1955 Fairlane? - David Lyga

@David Lyga True and in a front end accident the steering column would penetrate your chest and appear from out of your back like the proverbial English longbow's arrow which penetrated 4 inches of oak at 100 yards. On the other hand the good points were that the small lever on the right of the steering column delivered Coca-Cola as you listened to "Heartbreak Hotel" and the glove compartment was big enough to hold several cassettes of Kodachrome

@David Lyga : I agree with your safety concerns but this was not my theme, when i captured the scene ... All I had in mind was light, color and aesthetic values ...
