50 Narragansett Road

While driving through the back roads of Rhode Island I passed this road and had to stop, it's not superb but I really wanted to shoot that day, so I'm glad I got something :)

Also got to try Acros out in Rodinal instead of DD-X ... I think I like it better, it doesn't seem overly grainy as a comparison, it's almost smoother... hmmm

Like shots like this, you are really drawn to the road and want to explore. Have you ever tried Pyro-cat HD with your Across ?

I haven't tried Pyro yet as I know it's a 2 bottle developer and I like the simplicity of Rodinal. Someday I think I'll give it a try but I've found if I simply push Rodinal a minute or so past the recomended time, I get something similar. I might get it for higher speed films, does it give sharp/fine grain for Tmax400/Delta3200 type films? I would buy Pyro over DD-X if it handles high speed well...
