32x50 - wet plate assemblage

been a long time since I've posted on here. Finishing up graduate school in the coming weeks and carved out some time to shoot on Saturday. This is my largest assemblage to date. It's comprised of 20 separate 8x10" wet plate collodions on aluminum (total of 32"x50"). I'd previously done a 12 plate assemblage and thought I'd give this a whirl.
Took nearly an entire day to create all the plates, got setup and poured the first plate at 9am and the last plate at 5pm as I was running out of water.

Just fantastic! I've been wanting to do a huge collage portrait like this but haven't gotten around to it. Very inspirational and no doubt a ton of work. Bravo!
