Again I would crop it. At the edge of the house removing it from the picture and a bit of the bottom. A picture called 3 trees, and having 5 in the picture is sort of strange. If you didn't crop it and called it "almost home" then it has a different gravitas. Because then it may be more emotional, because everyone has experienced the good feeling of being almost home and seeing it in the distance. One thing I would suggest is (not sure if you do or not) but shoot with a tripod. It allows you to better compose your pictures. Especially scenics. Hand holding is all well and good and handy but a tripod allows you to better determine exactly what you are shooting and to make decisions about the elements in your shots.
