2nd Floor, Charcoal Chutes, Mont Alto

The second print from the outing where my girlfriend and I discovered an abandoned charcoal chute building on the campus of PSU Mont Alto. This photograph was taken looking up through the opening where at one time there would have been a jaw like metal claw that would have dropped the charcoal from the 2nd floor. The weak sunlight was piercing down an opening in the ceiling above and a ladder on the 2nd floor finished the composition for me. Calcium deposits I'm assuming made interesting white lines on the ceiling of the 1st floor. I'm interested to try to get up to the 2nd floor of this building to photograph. Not sure if it will happen or not.
