Gig Harbor, WA on a sunny winter day. T Max 400 17 years out of date. I love the full tonal range of this film with the developer I used. Even more, I love the fact that the Leica seems to have given me a perfect exposure.

I agree about the tone. Is there a reason you chose dilution E vs. others? Does this work best for you or is it just economical (E is 47:1)?

There is such a large amount of 'White Tones' usually an 'Average reading' would have given UNDER-Exposure !

Leica and its center weighted spot calibrated to make everything middle-gray. I don't know what to tell you other than I set the aperture so both red arrows in the viewfinder were on at the same brightness. Then I developed the film at 8 minutes, 1 agitation per minute, HC 110 E. Perhaps it was the relatively tame agitation that kept the highlights under control. Not quite semi-stand development but with some of the effect.
