Thanks Jeffrey! I had just finished dragging the 8x10 all over the Mesquite Dunes that morning and decided to full around with the little camera for awhile. I'm glad I did. A small negative is certainly better than no negative.
While I'm still commited to large format I'm trying to open myself up to the possibilites and spontaneity afforded by using smaller cameras. I love the following quote by Mark Citret "Quantity of negative has nothing to do with quality of seeing." I will say that my experiences using large format cameras have made me a better photographer and changed the way I use any camera.

I was blown away by this canyon... I barely scratched the surface in my short time there. I still have a couple large negatives to print from this place as well. I'll be posting more when I catch up. Best. Shawn
