Excellent from exposure to composition, and most people get better as they travel on the analog road.

Loks pretty good. If you want to do even better just make sure that the woman standing on the chair in the next shot in the gallery isn't in your darkroom. Why? Well Health and Safety really. OK but whose health and whose safety?

I remain influenced by Groucho Marx and the Carry On films. Sad really

Sure as hell looks better than the first roll of b&w I developed many years ago! Also looks better than some I've developed recently as well, so I'd caution you to stick with exactly the same film and developer set-up until you get completely used to it! And welcome to the smell of true photography.
