1st Albumen print

My first albumen print.
Took 5 attempts for the "1st one" lol.
Bergger Cot 320 Paper
Location
Turner Falls, Davis, Ok.
Equipment Used
Toyo 45A
Nice first print. You can expose longer to get more highlight detail and deeper blacks. The self-masking property will keep the shadows from blocking up. You might try doubling the exposure time.
 
I will try that. The exposure time was 3-1/2 minutes in a UV Box. I do want to try a sunlight/shade exposure.

I used a digital negative, from a 4x5 negative.
If you or anyone thinks that you can see possible contribution from a less than perfect negative, please do comment. On making the digital negative I do "crank in" a lot of curve to darken/contrast the negative.
It is a CMYK type of thing, and use C = 0 M =95 Y = 95 K = 0
