1946 Globe Swift

1946 Globe Swift

Globe / Tempco made many Swifts in 1946 after WWII, however the anticipated civilian pilot surplus did not reach expectations, and the company went bankrupt in 1951. This is a highly modified Swift approved for aerobatic flight. It belongs to friend of mine. Taken by a Pentax K1000 and Vivitar 19mm f/3.8 lens on Kodak Ultramax 400 Gold film. process and scan.
