Gene, it can be yours for a mere $200,000.00. I believe they only built 92 of these.
 
When I was a teenager I had a very fast 1934 Allard Speed 20 in great condition that I had to sell when I was inducted into the military, I wonder how much that would be worth now.
Are you sure it's a 1942 model ?,I thought that in WW11 the Allard company only made trucks for the war effort not luxury sports cars, but I could be wrong
 
Sorry folks, its a '51 not a '42. It was freshly restored and trucked off to the new owner in Florida the day after the shoot.
 
What's extra cool is that you can still buy a new one. I have no idea what the new ones cost; probably less than an old one.
