When I saw the thumbnail I thought the Aliens had landed.
 
I had always assumed that machinery had to be done on cold tone paper to bring out the look of metal but this proves my assumption wrong. The lith does a great job

Agree, the look of the steel is wonderful.

Thanks! It very much depends on the paper, not all would suit this interpretation... The fomatone can be very "steel-y" which helps a lot. I plan to try once more and play with some toners..
