Thanks. It's Hp5 and DDX shot at 500 and developed for 7 minutes. 35mm. I used to like tri-x, but I started using HP5 because I got a good deal on it. Once I learned how to work with it, I began to prefer it to tri-x. For my working methods, Ilford's published times are way too long. I think it has sharper, more consistent grain than the current tri-x, too.
Thanks all. For those that like the grain and want to try the film/dev combo, keep in mind that this is a crop. The grain in the full frame neg is still very prominent and very nice, but I wanted to clarify this just in case your results differ.
