Matt, the whole series of downtown are fascinating. They are a joy to look at today and I'm sure someday they will be seen as 'historical austin'
In this one I love seeing that skyscraper in the background. I forgot the name of it but it's the blue pointy one.
In this photo the tones make it look so cool! Like gotham or an old photo of the empire state photo. Anyways, I love it!
I thought about your photos the other day when I was on Cesar Chavez and Colorado. There was a tower there I had never seen.
Amazing how that happens!! I found out it was called the Buford Training Tower. Have you ever photographed it?

That skyscraper was on the TV show conspiracies with Danny Wallace. He was talking to conspiracy theorist Alex Jones about the Illuminati who said that the building purposefully resembles an owl, which is symbolic of their all seeing vision in the darkness whereas their prey (us) is blind. That's one view I suppose! It's Austin Central bank right? Very nice shot, you don't often see such ominous skies with pt.

Really excellent. 12x20! Must be spectacular.
