I took a few pictures of cherry blossoms this year too, still waiting to develop them! These look like the kind of blossoms we have lining the walk between my office and the rest of the university. Really like the shape of the branches in this one.

I concur with Moose... the branches create very pleasing lines, and the blossoms (as blossoms do) have such a delicate softness. With our prolonged winter and cool spring, it will be some weeks before the blossoms appear on the cherry tree in our yard.

Who could tell, Cherry blossoms in B&W, but this shot is really excellent...even the composition has a "Japenese" touch to it.
