I have old negatives which have stuck to the plastic sleeves they are stored in.
The negatives are Kodak CF 1000 color film. They are about 25 years old. They are cut into strips of 4 frames each, slipped into sleeves in a page. I would like to save them and print the photos again.

My plan is to immerse each page, sleeved negatives and all, in water with Photo-Flo in it. I plan to cut the sleeves off after the bath, so I can peel the sleeve material off instead of having to slide the negative strips out the end of the sleeves. A further rinse in another Photo-Flo bath would follow, then drying on a rack.

Is there a better way to do this?
