Year 2000 Kodak Gold 200 : Russian FED 4
No -- I do not 'push' outdated film as it would only make the grain and fog level worse ! 
Gold 200 gets like this when it gets old. I've shot over 50 rolls of very expired Gold 200. This looks like par for the course. 
Green scratch...maybe from Fed rather than film handling? Very grainy for Gold 2000...was this pushed?
