This topic has come up under the Large Format Camera Equipment group in the APUG Equipment Forum Section. You can find a volume of discussion on the subject there.

A quick synopsis is www.custombellows.co.uk/. They are the company formed to replace the older Camera Bellows company that had been in existence since 1895. Most of them are the same people and they have the same patterns. They are the common original source for bellows on many of the folding, field, and view cameras and bellows units for other cameras that were associated with many cameras made around the world.
