I've finally scored a case for my Autocord! It came from Russia and U S Customs held it in their tender grasps for quite some time. Its in pretty good shape, a new neck strap and some saddle soap and all should be well.
Now. This case has no screw to engage with the tripod screw in the camera; my YashicaMat does. Nor is there any evidence that such a screw ever existed. Only the sliding metal "clips" attached to the case which slide through the strap lugs on the Autocord keep the camera and case and strap together. Any thoughts from fellow owners? I am tempted to find a 1/4 x 20 bolt of the proper length and a large washer to keep camera and case together. Would be ugly but.....
