The Slide Shooters

Kodak Elite Chrome 100/200

I'm thinking of giving these a run. Does anyone have experience with these films , and how they compare to other slide films ??.

Elite Chrome 100 and 200 are more or less my favorite slide films. I love the Elite Chrome 200! The colors and contrast are just perfect. Not too saturated but not undersaturated and flat. They are both perfect. I highly recommend them!

I just shot elite chrome extra color 100 and elite chrome 200. I find extra color perfect for saturated vacation shots in bright sunlight. Very nice colors, not that bad for skin either. Just don't shoot people at sunset, you'll get completely red skin

Elite chrome 200 I'd say it has less contrast, and very nice skin tones. Very good for shooting people, but I probably wouldn't shoot landscape and such with it.

I just mounted two rolls of Elite Chrome Extra Color. It's the strangest film I've ever seen. The words "clown colors" kept going through my head. It's just not for extremely bright sunlight. Really bizarre things happen in shade, too.

My wife liked it, but I'm sure I will like the regular Elite Chrome better. Just a taste thing.
