Good work, tons of experience. Prices not too high nor too low. Not the world's greatest customer service, but no horror stories. Only big problem is how busy they are. It sometimes takes quite a while to get your stuff back.
They are quite experienced with the pro staples of yesteryear: Sinar, Hasselblad, and Leica. I have no experience with how they are on the newer stuff, but I would venture to guess that they are fine.
