Fogging and Lines Mid-Film: Ideas Why?

#1
Hello all,

I just developed a roll of HP5+ that I'd shot in my 1954 Mess-Baldix and I noticed that frame seven is fogged to the left top, and central to the picture is a straight vertical line with a couple of straight lines shooting off like branches from a tree.

I took the shot with a lens-hood and there was no direct sunlight in what is an ordinary street scene on a bright but slightly overcast day. f11 at 1/300 as I recall.

Any idea how the fog got in mid-roll? I was using the camera horizontally with viewfinder at the top, so the fogged area would be on the main body of the film rather than on the edge. It's the only image affected. I loaded the film into my tank in a changing bag which is light-tight, to the best of my knowledge, and I loaded the film into the camera in subdued light. The roll was tight when I put it into the camera. All I might be guilty of is using 1+1 ID-11 from stock about two months old and a half-empty 500ml bottle.

Please note that the attached image is just a 'point 'n' shoot' over the light box taken quickly this morning. All feedback appreciated.
