expired film group

PIcked up a roll of Polachrome, but no processor

#1
Today, in my small pickup of expired films, I acquired an undated polachrome roll, and while I'm going to wait for color to return to the world before I use it (say late april to mid may), I've got two burning concerns, first, where and how should I go about picking up a polachrome processor and chemicals, there's a few on ebay, but they look a bit pricey. second, should I expose this like I would e6 slide film? (my rule being one stop per 15 years, so I'd assume iso 10 would work).

Your only way to get a processor would be eBay or some photography group. Wait until you find one for the price you are willing to pay. What is expensive? Sometimes it is we expect to be for nothing, I also do it ocassionally. Thing is, pay what is asked if you want to experiment the process.
The rule of overexposing slide film is BS. Expose it at the sensitivity stated by the manufacturer. For sure senistivity decayed, but that is not your biggest problem. The problem is that the 3 layers are color balanced to be exposed at a certain amount of light. Even in fresh material this balance is disturbed by over- and underlighting. In a color negative you can correct this up to a certain degree, but not in slides. (On the other hand, it is quite probable, that the different couplers aged diffeerently.)
