DARKROOM SINK WATERPROOFING

I'VE RECEINTLY MOVED HOME and building a new darkroom. Old had a 10' Kreonite tub but I am building a new 16' tub in addition to the Kreonite. has anyone ever considered using the waterproofing material vs. glass or other marine product, specifically the german "Schluder' membrane (orange in colour). If it is used with showers I should think it should work with a DR tub???
