For Sale is a Classic Yashica 635 TLR - Needs TLC

The body on the Yashica TLR is in excellent condition, this has seen every little use.
The main thing that needs attention is the focus, it focuses from 3 feet to approximately 8 feet.
That will need to be adjusted. Otherwise, the focus action is smooth, the glass is excellent,
comes with the original box. Marked on the cold shoe is the <EP> which indicates this was
originally sold at a Post Exchange (PX).

The Yashica 635 was introduced in 1958 and could shoot 120 roll film and 35mm film with an adapter kit.

Ground glass has markings for 35mm frames lines in the center.

Comes with 80mm f/3.5 Yashikor coated lens and lens cap.

Because of the focus issue - sold for parts or repair .
Price: $65.00 shipped in the Conus, PayPal accepted

something is way out of whack with the focus apparatus. Does the lens platform go in and out all the way?

Regarding the focus issue on the 635:

The taking and viewing lenses are collimated, if it is in focus on the focus screen it produces a sharp photo.
Within its range of focus - 3 feet to approximately 8 feet, it produces excellent results.
The front lens panel goes in and out evenly, and does not appear to have been dropped.
The focus travel is smooth.
However it does not go in all the way flush to the body, there is about an 1/8th of an inch
gap there. So the focus travel will need to be adjusted.

How does one adjust the focus that is from 3 to 8? Is it tampered with on purpose or is something wrong?
