Well, my trip is coming up fast (2 weeks), and since I'm getting ready to develop my 120 (iso 100) film at home when I get back, I'm wondering why not develop the 35mm tri-x here as well.
The little voices in my head scream X-RAY everytime I think about this, and although I've done a search on the threads here, I thought I'd ask just to be sure. I've read posts stating that Delta 3200 does not fog (much) on carry-on luggage x-ray, so I figure I'll be safe with tri-x at 1250 in Diafine, right? It will probably be cheaper to buy a few Hewes reels than to pay for processing 20 rolls (at about 3 bucks each), not to mention I'd be able to process it with my 120 without worries.
By the way, I've deciced to preserve my sanity and only request hand-inspection ONCE in every x-ray. I'm going DFW-miami-São Paulo-Salvador, and just as many stops on the way back. So it's up to 6 x-ray sessions, and at least 4 (departure & customs), and since I'm taking 110 rolls of film, it's probably getting x-rayed.
Thanks in advance
