Who says service is dead ?

I ordered a few things from the tetenal UK site , I like their RA4 chemicals and their prices are reasonable (not the best but it is another player in the market ). Anyway one item was out of stock so I had an email telling me it was a bck order. I emailed back and the wonderful person (Cheryl ) has agreed to send my RA4 while they wait for Lavaquick to come in.
