Which color film do you think has the most attractive grain?

Same here, grain in BW often looks more pleasing to me than in color. Therefore I generally prefer the finest grain in color, which means color reversal film, as it has much finer grain than color negative film (because in the reversal process the more bigger silver-halide crystals exposed in first exposure are removed and the final picture consists mainly of the smaller remaining crystals of the second exposure). Provia 100F is therefore my most used film, followed by Velvia 50 in the cases I want a bit higher color saturation.

When using CN film, I go mostly for Superia 400 when I am using amateur film, as it has finer grain than Ultramax. C200 has finer grain than ColorPlus 200. So far for my budget options (mainly family snapshots).
With professional CN film I prefer the very fine grain structure (and more natural colors) of Portra 160.

Kodak claims Ektar 100 is their finest grain CN film ever, and my own printing experience concurs with that. For all practical purposes, it's every bit as fine as any transparency film grain.

Grain that you can see? Fujicolor C200 is grainy, but honestly didnt look bad to me. Usually colour grain film is offensive to me, but this was alright.
Ektar 100 has the finest grain, but it is about the lowest resolving among the common colour neg films available.

Konica Centuria Super 100 had exceptionally fine grain for me. Though I shot it 1 stop over and pulled process the C-41 rather than develop normally, so larger grains would have less time to develop. I have never seen a colour negative this fine except for Ektar 100. The crop is a 3200 dpi Flextight crop.
