It could happen. Might try some dilute/uberlong developing. I'll bet if you shoot it flat you won't get much. Might be perfect 'High In The Sky' film. Never know.
Funny, no indication of ISO rating. Fine grain says maybe it's a 125 or lower, which has a better than average chance of surviving the ravages of time.
