Previously I had been shooting with a Mamiya RZ645 but had wanted to try something new so out with the old and in with the new I went. Picked up a Fuji GA645Wi and though it was a HUGE change the results have been stunning. Shooting by best judgement on manual mode on it without using the built in auto and meter settings. In a pinch though, those auto settings are spot on which makes it nice for a quick snapshot as needed.

Anyways, these are all since Christmas 2015 taken in the USA, Canada, England, and Wales. All were shot with the following films - Kodak Portra 160 & 400 as well as Fuji Pro 400H.

These are great! I love the tree in front of the red brick buildings. Your best judgement exposure technique seems pretty spot on!

I am a latecomer to this thread. Ah, that lovely English light. he beautiful overcast greys. No harsh antipodean sun.

+1 for your images. Very personal style, very carefully thought out. The MF way.

+1 also for your post processing skills. You obviously know how to pull and push colors to get those rich tones.

The images made me want to go back to the UK. It has been too long.

It's a truly great camera, ultra sharp lens and really compact! I'm just now a great fan of the meter, it tends to underexpose a lot if there's a bright light in the frame or the sky is dominant..

The photos number 2 and 5 are quite interesting!

Cheers
Bruno
