TLR Shutter CLA in Germany

Can anyone recommend where to get a Mamiya TLR shutter CLA'd in Germany? Also what would be a going rate?

Jurgen serviced my Rolleiflex and did a great job. I would highly recommend him. He moved back to Germany from the States.
