Pictures are in the non-gallery / gallery section.

This entire setup only cost me $126usd. I tried several setups before this one and this system is the best for utilily, protection of equipment, ease of use and "backpackability" so far. There is a cover that goes over the harness system so you can carry it around like a suitcase if you want.

The LowePro tubs are the key. They're cheap, flexible for configuration, and fit perfectly.

If you have any comments or questions please contribute them under this thread rather than in the gallery.

There has been a far number of questions related to backpacks etc so this is why I felt it would be of benefit to everyone to share this.

Take care,

Eric

This looks like a great system Eric. Is that a regular backpack or are you fitting the tub into another LowePro backpack?

It's a regular backpack. Got it at Campers Village here in Calgary. The harness system is great. I took a picture of it but I couldn't seem to get the file size down small enough.

Looks like just the sort of thing I need. I'm not into hiking anymore, but the big case the 'Dorf came in is a pain to manuever in/out of the truck and to the location. Plus, its old and getting loose. LowePro is the brand name?

Eric, are the tubs sold seperatly? I haven't been able to find them on B&H's site. I'm thinking this might be the right thing to do for my 8x10.
