I paid $10 two weeks ago to receive a rushed copy of Inked/Focus Magazine's Collector's Edition, yet I still have yet to receive one. My E-Mails to its publisher, david@focusmag.com have come back to me undeliverable. Can someone please tell me what's going on?

The 4th issue hasn't even been printed yet. You should get your rushed copy within two weeks.
