After several years of using an aged Nova Trimate for print processing, I came across a secondhand Nova fibre based processor on the Nova Darkroom site, which I duly purchased.
The processor arrived within 24 hours and was set up that evening. There were some problems with it: firstly the heaters weren't working and worst of all, it leaked. I rang Nova the following day.
They made arrangements for it to be shipped back to them so that they could have a look at it.
It arrived back with me today. The leaks have been fixed and brand new heaters and control unit fitted.
I think the service that I have received from this company has been absolutely first-rate and I thought it was only right to share it with the group. We all need to do our bit to support firms like these as if we don't, we'll lose them and our hobby/obsession will be the poorer for it.
