Landscape Photography and the Fine Art Print with Kyle Bajakian
Black and white landscape photography for students of all levels.

July 11 - July 23
The Theater in Photography with Jo Whaley
Constructed imagery--students may work digitally or using Penland’s darkroom, but must be technically proficient.

July 25 - August 10
Maps of the Mind with Jeff Goodman
Black and white darkroom class for all levels using photography to explore perception, dreams, and narrative.

August 15 - 27
Gum Bichromate, Cyanotype, and Anthotype with Scott McMahon
Open to students of all levels.

August 29 - September 4
Contemporary Daguerreotypes with Jerry Spagnoli
Exploring daguerreotypes using Becquerrel nontoxic development.

North Carolina which I think is the other side of the pond. But I do beleive we have missed these courses unless the 2009 is a typo.

Doesn't everyone know where Penland is? It's about 15 miles south of Loafers Glory, of course.

You guys must not get out much.

:smile: Our local university in Durham, Duke, has a huge Gothic chapel (http://www.chapel.duke.edu/).

So whenever people write about the grandeur of Durham Cathedral, we just assume they're talking about that...
