Subscription takes me to strange PayPal site?

    I went to renew my subscription since it's been a while since I was on here, and when I try to do it, this site links me to a PayPal site that is in another language. I cannot select United States from the "land" drop down menu, or anything else that looks like it would work. Has anyone else seen this? I tried both Internet Explorer and FireFox, they both do the same thing.

    I just clicked for a year's subscription (for test purposes only, I'm already subscribed). At any rate, it worked for me and I was taken directly here:

    Hi Molli, thanks for trying it. Maybe it is something on my end that is wrong? At any rate, here is a screen shot of where it sends me. Note it has no option to select United States from the drop down menu, even if I could read it all! :wink:

    Two questions: What is the url you're being sent to and, secondly, are you able to got to www.paypal.com without being redirected?

    Your link shows you to have been taken to the Dutch language Paypal where the U.S. begins with a V as it does in German also. It is there under Ver... which means "united". Statten or similar spelling means States

    Try a different browser. Won't solve your initial issue but may get you where you need to do what you want to do.

    Thanks for the help, sorry to be a bother. I thought it was strange, but somehow I guess my PayPal site got set to Dutch instead of USA. Not sure how that would have happened. Anyhow, I was able to fix the problem by deleting my temporary internet files and cookies, and then logging into PayPal as if it were the first time again. So the problem was definitely on my end. Thank you for the assistance.
