Has anyone used a step up ring (specifically 39 mm-49 mm) with a Lee lens adapter filter ring? I'm thinking about getting one for my M6TTL.

Not that specific one, but I use a step up 49-52mm for just about everything smaller. Works just great.

I have the 49 mm lens adapter ring, but I don't have that many 39 mm filters and would just as soon use an adapter ring with it and use my Lee filters with it. I just wondered if there were any problems with vignetting? The lenses I would be using them on are the 35, 50 & 90 mm M lenses; I think 2 and/or 2.8 are their widest apertures.

I'm using mine with a 28mm/2.8 Pentax M lens, no vignetting. The 52mm adapter I use is low-profile, since I use it on a Bronica 40mm (for 6x4.5): No vignetting.

I wouldn't expect you to have any vignetting problems with nothing wider than a 35mm.

I haven't used that specific one, but I use conventional step-up rings to adapt to my HiTech holder when doing IR with gel filters. I wouldn't think you'd encounter any vignetting problems with that large of a step-up. You might, however, want to be cautious about potential increased flare.
