So I have a norwood director, that I love dearly. And unfourtently it took a tumble, destroying the metering dome.

After some searching, the closest replacement I could come up with is the domes used in Spectras profession classic series. But I can't find any info on the size of the "PHOTO-SPHERE" where it mounts. So my question is, does anyone know if the "PHOTO-SPHERE" by spectra is compatible, or where I can get a replacement for the one that came with it.

Kino I thought that the Sekonic would work, but a search here turned someone saying that they wouldn't wouldn't.

Well, looks like someone else doesn't agree...

Also, this is a good resource for the Norwood

Go to bottom and click on "where to buy"; there are contacts for parts.

I love my Norwood too!

I don't think the Spectra dome will fit the Sekonic/Norwood. The Spectra dome measures 42+alittlebit mm. As I recall the Sekonic was around 20-25mm.

You know where, 5 bucks + shipping, not functioning properly but the dome looks good, probably wont sell unless there's another in a similar boat as you.

pm me, I have a complete, working (un calibrated) norwood director and a brockwood also, one integrating dome between the two. ( in addition to a working weston ranger 9(needs a piece of glass over the meter window), a slew of non working soligor spot meters (one's easily recusitatable), a pile of metrastar meters, as well as bunches more), I'd let it go for cheap, as I'm getting ready for a 2250 mile move and I will probably never get to fixing them, at least in this decade.
