For sale is a Linhof Color 4x5 camera in excellent operating condition. Linhof took the Technika and put it on a monorail to make it usable as a studio camera. Later, they made one with an extendable monorail, a cutout on the rear frame and rear rise. This camera is the latest version. If you can find the short rail, it would be very easy to carry. While basically a field camera, it has enough movements to be an asset in the studio.
The bellows has been patched, and is light-tight and supple. It is the universal type with wider pleats at the front to allow easier rise with wide angle lenses. The ground glass is clean. The camera has geared focusing on the rear standard. The camera has front geared rise/fall and manual tilt, swing and shift. The four rods on the rear allow tilt and/or swing of up to 15 degrees, as well as allow for an extension. The rear also has geared rise. The rear frame also has a cut out to accommodate easier rise with wide angle lenses.
