Too many Canonets, so this one goes. Cosmetically, it’s in good shape. Chrome looks good with no dings or dents, but a strap lug is missing (see pics). The meter doesn’t work (meter needle stuck at about F4), but the battery check diode will light up when the button is pressed. The light seals are probably in need of changing. On the plus side, the viewfinder is bright and clear and the rangefinder is clearly defined. Shutter speeds all work and sound accurate to my ear. The lens is clear with no fungus. If you use the Sunny 16 rule, or an accessory meter, you’re all set. I used this camera for B&W infrared photography years back. Always worked well.

$35.00.

Shipping in U.S., $15.00. Outside of U.S., TBD.

There is a good video on youtube showing how to clean this model of Canon, and install new light seals.
