Hello,

a friend of mine scrounged a Sinar F. The problem is, it doesn't have the back. How difficult and expensive is it to replace this? The camera has pinholes in the bellows, so spending a lot to bring it back to life is probably not an option.

Thanks,

Matt

Bellows wil run ~ 50.00 on ebay. The back alone or the standard? The back is less common, but a quick search of ended auctions will tel you what to expect to pay. Sadly, a functioning F (more or less a 1 not a 2) will sell for as low as 200 or 300.00. I'd imagine the back will go for about 100.00 (or more). He might consider buying a complete camera and using the old for parts. They are lovely and worth owning.
