Does anyone have a recipe for a good RA4 developer tar remover. I've used Nova's own product, and it works well. However, I've just run out and was wondering if there is a cheap alternative.

Yes. My favorite tar-buster is
  • - 1 part 60% Acetic Acid (as in Stopbath concentrate)
    - 1 part Pure IPA (Isopropanol >98%)
    - 1 part Aqua Dest. (de-minerialized water)

alternatively 1 Part IPA + 1 part SURIG Essigessenz vinegar concentrate from German Supermarkets (which is 25% but ..)
