Hi, I have a question for anyone out there using the leather (pleated) bellows for their Arca Swiss F-line:
These are my standard bellows because I use short focal length lenses and I have no need to use my standard bellows. Because of this I keep the leather bellows on all the time and my standard bellows just sit on my desk. My question is if when the camera is stored at minimum extension, will this cause any problems for the bellows as the standards will be "pinching" the bellows to some degree? Perhaps pinching isn't the best word, but they are certainly leaving an imprint on the bellows. Now, I don't mind the imprint, I know the bellows will gather wear, but might this be weakening the bellows or be making them more suspectible to tear? Thanks!
