I have some Polaroid B&W material. It's not the type that has both neg and print, just print. Sorry I don't have a sheet handy to give you the number. Anyway I was wondering if anyone has tried to develop this stuff in normal paper developer. I have found the tonal range to suck developing it the normal way.

To much time on my hands I guess, but it might be worth seeing what come out.

no, but have you tried varying the development times? Is this the 4 x5 type 54. I can image how this could work but would be interested in your results.
