I went through this routine with Beseler, and of course they have not made this head in quite a while, so they tell me we are on our own. The microprocessor board is the first to go, and the LSI chip on it in near impossible to find even NOS or used. There is salvation though. This fellow repairs any of the head's problems, and has a new-design replacement board for the head:
