    Hello everyone

I've been a bit of a lurker on here for a while as i mainly frequent the TalkPhotography film sub forum but there was only so much knowledge in there and i felt it was time to come over and play with the big boys on APUG

Bit about me... I'm a student of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Manchester, i shoot a lot of film for Landscapes and when i'm not feeling inspired by digital, i do all of my own developing and printing for black and white and i'm just starting out with C-41 with my CPE-2.
I'd like to do more advanced darkroom processes and eventually move to 5x4 film (not going to be for a while as i have a MSc to fund and my RB67 isn't limiting me yet)

So Hello, I intend to enjoy my time here

    Rob

I went to Manchester once -- it was when I was 'evacuated' to Rochdale, Delemere Road in about 1940 -- there was a kid on the bus who was SICK I remember !!

Nope, I believe APUG is one of the most international forums I've ever seen. Lots of people from all over.

    Welcome from eastern Canada!
