Hi everybody,
I put some out-takes from my book Crash Burn Love,on Flickr.com, which you can view by following this link:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/crashburnlove/
The book was shot in medium format, Mamiyas, Tri-X and Portra film, printed on Agfa paper. The scans you'll view were done from work prints made on Arista RC, and I think for low-res quick scans of work prints they turned out pretty rich.
Updates: If you're anywhere that BBC publications are sold, which is pretty much everywhere these days, check out Top Gear magazine, which has a feature article about my book in the current (July 2006) issue. Top Gear is available, obviously, in the UK, US (Barnes and Noble, Borders, etc.) and in 14 international editions (not sure where, sorry).
On July 2 we are shooting video for a tv pilot based on the book in Shartlesville, PA. From that footage we'll produce a 12 minute demo show, which will then be shopped to networks and production companies. If you have any media contacts I'd appreciate hearing from you.
Regards,
Bill
